Let's see. Depression, self-depreciation, peer isolation, opportunistic, distrusting of the government, mommy issues. Yup. I think it's safe to say that this kid is a bona fide computer whiz.

I get the feeling that one lady would start screaming like that if her weekly magazines came in a day later than usual.

Isn't it weird how practically back in the days of punchcards they made this movie, and back in the mid 90s when internet access cost $20 for 10 hours and $5 for every hour thereafter the movie 'The Net' was made, but yet now, when everyone's internet is always on and 80% of people are posting all their personals on myspace nobody has the idea to make any panicky movies about it.

That kid went on to play in She's Out of Control (TONY DANZA!) I can't recall his exact part but IMDB tags it as "Parking Attendant." I had no idea parking lots played such a huge role in that movie, no way he would have been given a bit role.

"So.. uh.. don't panic."
I have complete confidence in you, bank dude. Complete confidence.

They remade this with a slight plot re-write in the 2000's, I believe it was called "Click".

Civilization is torn apart by malfunctioning traffic lights. I first observed this phenomenon in Gremlins.

Also, fellow Anonymous, Die Hard 4.

Lest we forget the day Timothy Olyphant almost shut sown the Internets.

I miss computer movies from the days when the average person had no idea what computers did. Has any real computer ever made those bleeps and bloops?
