I realized: if you can do algebra, you can do ANYTHING.

Black people learn everything through the medium of rap.

Why was someone stupid enough to put the lockers IN THE CLASSROOM???

But if x is 5 then shouldn't the equation read 3x + x = 20?

Oh why am I taking this seriously?

Doughgirl pre-algebra rap is very common in inner city classrooms.

I dont see why this class is so excited over an androgynous rapper with rocks (?) on his/her face.

According to the chalkboard, bill clinton is the closest thing to a black president.

Why would you drink a whole bottle of Nyquil before your big rap number?

@Christopher
It's good enough for Weezy...

it's from the educational video Rapmatics
who ever made this cut out the best part.
Teacher "Can you rap?"
Kid "Can the birds fly? Can the sun shine? Of course I can rap! No doubt!"
Teacher "Alright then rap about... the wall."

I have a friend in teacher's college and she says they love new White Man's Burden stories like this: the middle class fantasy of the white teacher turning all the poor black kids onto learning. There's even a genre, the 'teacher movie'. The teacher doesn't learn about racism or class exploitation - instead she enlightens the grateful colonials... I mean, students. The only show that ever got it half-right was season 4 of The Wire.

As for this... well, if you're going to rap that badly, drawing lines on your face can't make it any worse.
