QUIT TOBACCO, BUT STILL SMOKIN'

You can be a jerk all you want about this one, but I truly think that this is one cool granny. Have a good weekend, pals!

I love this a whole lot, but Lauren and I were just talking, and... 61? More like 71...

Someone needs to teach Granma about this new-fangled song device called a "refrain."

It's awesome that she got David Lynch to direct the video.

Dentures, hip surgery... she's certainly challenging people's tired stereotypical views of old people by reinforcing people's tired stereotypical views of old people.

This is how Requiem for a Dream should have ended.

Is that Fruity Nutcake, Rappin' Granny in her younger days? If so, if you want to see something really terrible watch her ride the sybian on Howard Stern's show from a few years ago.

I don't know about Everything, but that was indeed Terrible.

That fountain of youth was a fake Granny! You're only 61 and have a fake hip and dentures?

A good, positive message but I think Grandma is a bit misleading in her assessment of major joint replacement surgery. She makes getting a new hip seem as easy as colouring your grey.

Her definition of 'living' is synonymous with 'shopping'. Which seems like a pretty empty way to wind down the clock. Plus, if you're poor like most old people you're stuck at home, with nothing to do but watch perky rich retirees on EIT flaunt their cash.

I agree.
Whenever someone refers to any older person as a granny or grandpa is insulting. Because it is used in the wrong way to label someone as too old. If I was 60 and someone called me grandpa, I would want to kick their teeth in.

She just died last March, unfortunately. I am a Great-Grandson, but more of a friend :(
