Police are on the look out for a white male 6'1" dressed in a funny outfit who goes by the name of Willy. The suspect has been seen in parks granting little girls wishes through the use of a magical wishing well. He has been also observing cheerleaders practicing in slow motion. The suspect could be considered dangerous!

I generally dislike it when the EIT play around too much with the video, as it makes it unclear what is the tape being genuinely awful and what is their attempts to make it funny, but this one is a glorious exception.
