Yes...the Aztec from Puma Man...Puma Man is one of the only heroes to be able to fly forward and back; as if he were actually not flying at all and was hoisted in front of a projection. But of course, this is not the case.
The kid's voice is magically awful, love it. Also that one guy totally looks like a schlubby version of Slick!

I wrote this movie when I was in high school.
Was this movie overdubbed for North American audiences or is it just bad ADR I'm witnessing? Seriously, I can't tell.
