When I see a gang of younginz scampin around the park on a summer day, I get so dogarn mad! "GET TO WORK KIDZ!," I think in all caps. Leeches, dead weight on our wonderful capitalistic system, these kidz are nowadays! This goes out to all you lazy kidz out there smokin your potpipes and skatin your halfpipes.
The adult conspiracy continues...
The irony that I am watching this from work is completely lost on me.
ReplyDeleteI have to go to work in 2 hours. Then I leave immediately to go pick up a new car. Which I have to work towards.
ReplyDelete...I'm with Dongo.
How else is all my plastic shit, shoes and clothing gonna get made?!
ReplyDeleteAhh, yes, the Protestant work ethic. Jesus loves a good worker.
ReplyDeleteMy parents tried so hard. And yet...
I am watching this from work, too.
ReplyDeletePretty sure actual work doesn't involve singing about work. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's strongly discouraged in nearly every soul-crushing profession, unless you're a dwarf.
I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...I'm an Elf..Work,Work,Work,Work,Work,Work...
ReplyDeleteCHILD LABOR IS THE BEST KIND
ReplyDeleteKEEP PRODUCING, KIDS!
ReplyDelete"Oh HI, KINGSLY. What am I doing wrong today?"
ReplyDeleteI work in a comic book/gaming store.. I don't think I can ever work a "real" job again. I spend my days subverting the hard-working youth of today with EIT! movies.
ReplyDeleteKingsly might just be the best/most elaborate looking puppet/mascot/thing to ever show in an EIT video.
ReplyDeleteExcept for his eyes. His dead, still, coal hued eyes...
Re-open the coal mines and send them underground where we can not see them or hear their screams.

ReplyDeleteLet's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
Let's go to work.
KINGSLY reminds me of Charles Kingsley, famous Christian Socialist, who once said:
ReplyDelete"LET us live hard, work hard, go a good pace, get to our journey's end as soon as possible."
