Wow, you'd think with an abrupt devastation and sudden loss of millions of lives, the last thing on people's mind would be the damn sea ports.
He obviously missed Morgan Freeman's speech from the 1998 film, Deep Impact where by he states with great certainty that the waters did indeed, recede.Must be a Republican.
