  1. The thought of milk after a workout makes my stomach churn a little. Not as churned as that gallon must be, though. Zing.

    Also that song gets me pumped, and holy shit look at the size of his neck.

  3. I'm imagining all the people who watched this, herniated something by getting really aggressive with heavy weights, and then chugged a gallon of fatty, warm milk, thinking, "Yeah, I'm gonna be in great shape."
