Future Schlock first brought the 70's Superman Musical to our attention. Please allow me to revisit that musical, this time in the form of a 3 minute movie!
Poor Superman and his burden of having more than anyone else will ever have.
If Lex Luthor really wants to get rid of Superman, he should just tell everyone to take Superman for granted. Ol' Kal-el would probably get so offended that he'd fly to another planet and sulk.
Allen Ludden as Perry White, Lesley Ann Warren as Lois Lane, Loretta Swit, Kenneth Mars, Al Molinaro, David Wayne... they might as well have filmed this on the Love Boat
It is a play that one has to practice to fully be glad about its beauty. It is creating ripples and receiving serious acclaim and is being like by critics and viewers alike

Superman beats up thugs like Batman?
ReplyDeleteThat's more tedious than terrible.
ReplyDeleteSO the actor insisted on wearing a wig, even though Lex Luthor (Double L. Sup?) is bald?
ReplyDeleteSecondly, this thing never had a chance to take off with the crippled performance of our main protagonist.
Holy '70s, Batman!

He looked manlier as Kent than as Supes. I'm confused.
