That LOOK AT MEEE clip is actually not from the 70s - it's from the 1994 film Constantin Film had Roger Corman make for very little money just in order to keep the film rights so they could make a real one years later.
Pretty much everyone involved was not aware that Constantin did not intend to ever release the film, so they gave it their best shot with the tiny budget they had.
It's... honestly about what you'd expect a low budget comic book movie made by Roger Corman to be like, but it's really pretty interesting to watch. Although Ben was picked for inclusion here, in my opinion Doom steals the show.
