This seems like the kind of music they'd hide subliminal messages in, especially around 4:45. I suddenly feel the desire to buy a gun and sit high up in a tree until I receive further instruction.
That dreadful band of hippies is the String Cheese Incident. They're actually quite a bit better than this video might lead you to believe. That might have been the worst guitar solo I've ever heard them play.
