The song is funny 'cause it's true. I can't think of a place where a six-foot tall bird who whines constantly and wears a diaper WOULD fit in. Even Sesame Street has standards.
@Possibly J I thought it was Alice in Chains at first too. But then I realized, this is actually imitating Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters". Especially when he goes, "Do I stay or do I go", match that up to "Never cared for what they say".

Oh God, this movie scared me so much when I was younger. I still own it. I cannot even touch it, because I know it will give me nightmares for months on end.
